Information on how to speak to a GTT@home Customer Care representative. This includes detail on the telephone number to call, and where preferred, how to raise a support request that would see a representative call you.
The GTT@home Customer Care line is 0330 113 0275. The line is managed from 6 am to 6 pm, Monday to Sunday.
You can also request contact from a GTT@home Customer Care representative by raising a support ticket via the following form. Upon completing the form an autogenerated note acknowledging your support request, which will include your unique ticket reference number, will be sent to your email address. While a form can be raised at any time of the day, calls will only be returned in the 6 am to 6 pm window cited above.
