Guidance as to when someone set to do a GTT@home test can expect to receive their test kit.
Your test kit should arrive approximately 5 days before your scheduled test date.
If your test kit has not arrived and your scheduled test date is less than 5 days away, please contact the GTT@home Customer Care line on 0330 113 0275 or request a call back from a Customer Care representative by completing the form below and raising a support ticket.
The Customer Care line is managed from 6 am to 6 pm, Monday to Sunday.
You will be asked some questions to pass a security check before any changes can be performed. You will need your test ID as part of the security check.
Please note that a support ticket can be raised at any time of the day. However, tickets will only be responded to within the day and time windows referenced above.
