You can request contact from a GTT@home Customer Care representative by raising a support ticket via the following form.
Upon completing the form an autogenerated note acknowledging your support request, which will include your unique ticket reference number, will be sent to your email address. While a form can be raised at any time of the day, calls will only be returned between 6am to 6pm, Monday to Sunday.
