When Should I Expect My Test Kit?

Your GTT@home test kit should arrive approximately 5-7 days before your scheduled test date. This allows enough time for you to receive the kit and review the instructions before completing the test.

If Your Kit Has Not Arrived

You will receive a text message once your test is on its way. 

If your scheduled test date is less than 5 days away and your test kit has not yet arrived or you have not been contacted, please contact the Customer Care Team for assistance.
